Pilates is a series of stretching, strengthening and breathing exercises that activate your core, targeting the deep stabilizer muscles. This process helps those fibers become long and lean. The goal of pilates is to restore the functional body; creating connection between diaphragm, pelvic floor and core.
A session devoted entirely to you using each studio apparatus.
